Also even thought it might be worth a modest investment. Trick would be to get the pricing and services set up so the value proposition is good, and user can "mostly" do things themselves. That is, it appears that there's lots of hand-holding, but really it is a matter of well-organized tasks. If you know of anyone who might be interested in such a venture, let me know. Ideas have been explored with Mary, who ALWAYS forgets the names of scripts, so I set up icons either on desktop/panel or in Double Commander, which is particularly nice for this. We've found it important to automate processes in modest chunks that are easy to visualize. Things that cause trouble are the similar but different directory tree structures on connected computers. Also anything that requires typing of file or directory names. If possible, as much as possible of file naming should be automated but REALLY sensible and human informative. We've taken to putting the date in file names, as so many programs "touch" the modify date.
